Dag des oordeels

Morgen is het de dag des oordeels voor mij. Dan is eindelijk de zitting over de aanklacht die mij ten laste is gelegd. Vandaag worden de puntjes op de i's gezet door mij en mijn juriste. Om zodoende voldoende bewijs te hebben dat mijn gedrag niet de oorzaak van het ongeval was maar pure overmacht.

Daarnaast stippen we een aantal tegenstrijdigheden aan in de getuigenissen van de betrokkenen. Ook een situatiescherts van de agent ter plaatse ten tijde van het ongeval komt niet overeen met de foto's gemaakt door de TOD na het ongeval.

Maar goed we zullen morgen zien of de rechtspraak in Nederland recht spreekt of dat de rechtspraak een een-tweetje maakt met het OM.

Mocht u willen duimen voor me of op een andere manier uw steun willen betuigen, gaat uw gang. Ik zelf laat het gelaten over me heen komen en zie wel wat het wordt. Voor alsnog ga ik uit van het ergste.
